Mission Weight Loss continues
I am doing okay. Last night I went to www.self.com/videos and did several of the workout videos online. That is a great website. They have this 8 minute workout and it is fabolous. I also ate pretty good. I havent been counting calories or anything. I have just tried to elimnate or cut sodas and fried foods. I also try to get lots of fiber, fruits and vegetables. I just hope my will power doesn't lose its power so that i can start seeing results. This weekend was challenging with the food because I went to 2 pumpkin patches and a lil league homecoming game. But I think I managed fine.

Guilt filled spring break
Okay well let me be honest..... I am a shamed of my eating habits for this past week......
The goal was to cook for robert every day so that we wouldnt be on a fast food diet for the week because this is what robert is so used to doing. I also planned to take my workout DVD with me and work out when robert was in class. WELL.................................................................. only part of this goal was accomplished.
On my 2nd day in Prairie View, I went grocery shopping for meals. On the 3rd day, Robert cook grilled chicken cordon bleu, 4th day I made spaghetti, green beans and cornbread, and th3 5th day I made chicken and beef faijtas.
I know that these were not the healthiest meals but the keep me from eating out all week. However I never quite got to the workout DVD. (shameful i know)
However, you weekend vacation didnt allow me to cook in anymore. I only ate twice a day on most days but the were larger meals....:(
We wined and dine the whole weekend ........ from chili's to applebees, red lobster to The Aquarium...
Man to I have catching up to do...................................................................

LAZY DAY
On the brighter note, i did stick to my meal plan today.
A Weekend OFF
From night club outings with alcohol and birthday parties with pizza, cake and ice cream. I'm convinced dieting on weekends would be torture.
However, I do need to commit to some type of physical activity. I can see that I have to revamp my will power. How, do you do this?

Time for a change
I officially accepted the Self Challenge given to me by my lovely coworker who has incredible will power when itcomes to fitness and health. I fiqured since I have no excuses now ... I cant blame it on grad. school or anything else, I really need to focus and my physcial health. Every since my freshman year in college, I have struggle to maintain a healthy weight and to commit to being physically fit. But what the heck its a new year and new times so I decided to try to commit now.
Therefore I will starting today strive to eat healthy and workout regularly. I will be turning 25 soon and I would like to be alive for alot longer so I need to take care of my body. Starting Now!!
